Fresh soft cheese. The curd, pressed manually in special dams, is generously added with chopped pistachios that give a unique taste and a strong and typical flavor given by the meeting of the oftness of the cheese with the crunchy part of the pistachios. After about 3 days from production, it is put in brine for 72 hours and then brought to maturity for
about 10-15 days and finally packaged. The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian farms. Product without preservatives.
The cheese cuts are made manually with a knife, so the real weight of the portioned slices may differ from that indicated at the time of the order by about 15% in excess or shortage. It will be our care to ensure that the total weight of the cheeses is equivalent to that ordered and paid for.
