
Fresh soft cheese. The generous filling of finely chopped chilli pepper gives this cheese a decidedly important and pleasantly spicy taste. After about 3 days from production, it is put in brine for 72 hours, then matured for about 10-15 days and finally packaged. The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian farms. Product without preservatives.

The cheese cuts are made manually with a knife, so the real weight of the portioned slices may differ from that indicated at the time of the order by about 15% in excess or shortage. It will be our concern to ensure that the total weight of the cheeses is equivalent to that ordered and paid for.
